Although I usually enjoy Colleen Coble's books, I found this one disturbing; mostly because it was about a serial killer who mutilates and dismembers his victims. I also never knew swans were so dangerous. I finished it, both because it was expensive, and because I was curious as to how it would end, but I would have just as soon not read it at all. Yes, there is suspense. And just when you think you have it figured out, you're wrong. I did actually gasp when the killer walked up to her, but otherwise it was a disappointing book.
