This is the first edition, a little bit aged, but it is a "must have" for engineers working in pumps, compressors and fans. The book is plain and clear, the author explains the basic theory so as to make it very useful to both students and industrial engineers. Many good books written later miss such a useful and systematic presentation of fundamentals.
