Running through all eras of the band's career, you get quite a sampling of Helix's tough yet tuneful sound -- especially the Quiet Riot meets Spinal Tap "S-E-X-Rated." Also included is the party-hearty "Let the Good Times Roll," as well as the six-string shredding showcase "Jaws of the Tiger."
