This book started off very, very slowly. It did begin to redeem itself about halfway through, though, and I ended up enjoying it. I wasn't quite sure what to think about the gnomes of Mt. Nevermind, but Cook did a good job of holding my interest while keeping me laughing. It was good enough that I think I'll read the next book.
