Well the picture is for C# (Cee-Sharp) which is a Microsoft variant of C/C++, and the Title is C++ The Complete Reference, and I bought neither.
What I did buy was C: The Complete Reference for my Comp Sci course and it is a must have if you are going to program for very long. Unfortunately they may be releasing a major update to the language soon, but the core of this book will still be applicable to tons of legacy code.
