Wonderful story book with Harriet's trademark Batik illustrations! I found this book in Colorado and got to speak to the author as there were matching batik prints with the story! Her love of Native stories and wild animals really comes through in this book Coyote places the Stars. Especially loved the message that Coyote brings to his animal friends and the illustration of each of their 'spirits' in the heavens as stars.
Great read for all ages!
