Great Action Flick
This is the first Bollywood movie I remember seeing and I saw it when I was traveling in India. I loved it so much (no subtitles at the time!) that I actually bought the DVD.
Since I was raised on musicals I have an extra appreciation for the music, even though it stops the action of the movie and doesn't really seem to further the plot.
The sexy cast pulls out all the stops with the action sequences and has some amazing car chases (impossible to believe though as I've ridden through India and there's no such thing as going faster than 30 km) and the "bad guy" heists are fun to watch.
The movie is rather cheesy and if you're expecting something other than a fun action romp then don't bother. But if you want a great foray into the land of foreign films it's definitely a must.
At the most watch the music scenes. Better than a lot of what's on MTV right now.
