After ordering and paying for this book, I received a notice that it had been shipped on Oct. 7, but it didn't arrive until Nov.10, with an invoice dated Oct. 17! At least the book is good.

I work for a French corporation with subsidiaries in the US. We are learning French on the job and this excellent text is our gateway to the French language. All the basics for French 101 are here and the vocabulary will bring the reader up to speed in utilizing useful language skills. Five star rating. Bought a used copy that was in almost mint condition for penny's on the dollar. Told my classmates to snatch up every copy available so we could own our copies when the course at work is completed.
