graphic but informative
This novel was full of graphic sexual encounters. The numerous characters were difficult to keep track of, including the main character. For those of us who came of age in the era of AIDS after this period in gay history or have never lived in a large city, the story line in a society of rampant promiscuity is disturbing and eye-opening.
