A good book with a number of recipes that I want to try. Perfect for indulging in some rich hot chocolate. Not as good for a quick hot chocolate on the go, as many of the recipes call for melting chocolate to combine with whole milk, flavorings, etc. I am still happy that I made the purchase, and forsee many cosy winter evenings and afternoons with a rich cuppa chocolate.
