This book was a revelation when it came out, information from inside the Vatican itself regarding the ways it can function. I am now about to start an equally challenging book from the same author, The Power and the Glory. Politics not only Nationally but on the World Stage, and within the Catholic Church should be scrutinised, and as with so much, 'man' is found wanting regardless of ideals. I have bought copies to give to others.
