A very good copy in cloth boards with some slight to the front hinge and some faint evidence of moisture to the front free endpaper and in a very good dust jacket with some faint staining to the rear panel. Signed and warmly inscribed by Cook to fellow photographer Barbara Crane on the front free endpaper. An interesting association copy.
