Excellent!
Several recipes I use on a regular basis. The carne deshebrada and the refried beans to name two. Also love the green sauce with tomatillos. I have had this book for many years and still go back to it all the time. Easy to find ingredients and highly recommended. You will also find it easy to add a personal touch to some recipes an make something great on you own.
