This wasn't the glossy edition I recalled but I suspect there is a difference between the UK and US editions.
This is a great collection of the Osprey MAA series authored by Emir Bukhari and illustrations by Angus McBride. Just for the illustrations it is a volume well worth acquiring especially for the reasonable price it can be picked up for now.
I have Elting's editions of 'Napoleonic Uniforms' and these are still the best illustrated sources around I believe.
