Once again, Barbara Nadel has written a gripping crime story. As always, she draws the reader into the developing lives of the characters who habitualy inhabit her stories, which adds an extra dimension to her tales. However, the main "character" is Istanbul. It is , for this reason, that i keep returning to the stories she writes.
