This book is far less expensive than paying for counseling and in my opinion does a far better job than most counselors can do! You control the pace of your counseling yourself and have only yourself to thank for the many things in your life that will improve! Of course the author deserves tremendous credit for putting together such an invaluable set of counseling techniques. I love this book and recommend anyone looking for an answer to how to make things go better in life to buy it and use it.
