Jackie meets and is swept off her feet by a much older man. After a short whirlwind romance, they wed and she moves across country to his home in Utah. Then the trouble begins, he spends all of his time at work trying to keep tabs on a serial killer. So Jackie is left alone much of the time without anything much to do. This is of course causes a strain in the marriage and then having a serial killer in the area adds to the suspense. Both of the main characters were not all that likeable but the book had a good plot and it kept me interested. The ending will also give you a bit of jolt.
