Small Circle Jujutsu created by Wally Jay, and now taught by his many black belt students, and his son Leon, are carrying the teachings of professor Jay onward into the future. This is a great self defense art, and a great way of keeping in shape. While it is always best to be under the tutelage of a proficient instructor, in a case where you have no martial art schools in your area, it is OK to start off with the easy things, and then continue practice that will deepen what you learn into permanent memory, and would be available for you to use in a real attack.
