The latest in the series featuring Sharon McCone is as good as expected. The story concerns her husband's security firm and the people owning it. Full of surprises. This series has always been an interesting series and worth the time.

P.I. McCone is at it again!
In the beginning of The Ever-Running Man, McCone is employed to track down the ever-running man for her husband?s company, RKI (Renshaw & Kessell International), a security firm that has offices in many cities and has lately been the target of a series of bombings, (one of which McCone was almost a victim of) left there by the elusive ever-running man. McCone delves deep into the past dealings of not only RKI International, but her husband?s seemingly questionable past with these partners as well, which creates a palpable tension between the pages. With help from her devoted staff & family, what she uncovers is not pretty. As she struggles to put her personal feelings aside, she knows she must expose the identity of the ever-running man and find out why he has such a personal vendetta against RKI before it?s too late and more victims are added to the list. She finds herself in more than one precarious position as she gets closer to the truth, and that?s when the pieces of the puzzle begin to come into light with shocking clarity. Prepare yourself for plenty of plot twists and turns, unending suspense and perhaps you?ll even catch yourself holding your breathe in some parts.
