My friend who is has been knitting for 10 years had the book and got me interested in getting my own copy. I like that is compacted as I think it was meant to take it with you for trips even. It is in a format of Q&A. It's not a book meant to read front to back, but look up things through the index as you knit. Like with my friend, I said always forget how the do the inc right vs. inc left, she got this book out and showed me within a few minutes. I find it useful for newer knitter, but my experienced friend finds it useful too!
