Sweet
Set in Arkansas during the Great Depression, this book of historical fiction is engaging. It follows a family whose matriarch has died, and whose patriarch is incarcerated. The family is now led by an 18 year old woman and her elderly aunt. It captures life during those difficult times. Morris writes humorous stories with a touch of romance.
