American version
The book I received was called Soup not the Soup Bible. It is an American version which means I have to convert the weights and measures which is a nuisance. If you buy this book check you are going to receive a UK version. The recipes are the same in both versions and are excellent.

Perfect for Winter
I got this book as a gift years ago and have made and shared many soups from it. The recipes are easy to make, without fancy ingredients, often without wheat, and absolutely delicious. You can find many healthy recipes as well. I bought this book for a friend as a gift who was under the impression I was an excellent cook but realistically, I just had good recipes.

Gorgeous book.
I love this book and ordered an extra copy for a relative. It has clear, easy to read instructions and has gorgeous photographs of the soups. A feast for the eyes and tummy!
