I found this to be the best Middle Eastern cook book that I have ever found! Not only did it have the common items we find in M.E. restraunts in America, but it gave FROM SCRATCH recipes of everything! Explained the process of preparing each dish & gave wonderful insight for us non-M.E. cooks! I loved it & so does my son (who bought the book) and my daughter, who like me covets his book all the time! Its worth every penny!
