Though I didn't pay much for this book, it was in great condition, and the inside was a wonderful collection of flowers, birds and just elegant pieces that I am looking forward to stitching. There are several rugs in the book; and one rug in particular -- a lovely design -- i though it would take a while to execute, it is really lovely. Many of the pieces include scrolls with flowers and birds, meandering vines, very English and very nice designs. You will have a wonderful selection to stitch from as far as projects in the book and there is a chapter on finishing rugs and pillows in the back that will be helpful if you have never done your own finishing on pillows or rugs. The designs included will be well worth whatever you pay for the book. If you enjoy English style in your decor, this book is perfect for you.
