First edition and first printing. Hardcover. A collection of color photographs by Shore taken in 1977 with his 4x5 camera. The images were taken in New York, Pennsylvania and eastern Ohio, an area that would come to be called the Rust Belt. A fine copy in cloth boards with color image inset into the front cover. No dust jacket as issued. As new and still in the publisher's shrinkwrap that has been carefully slit open to verify edition. Signed by Shore on a publisher affixed plate to the rear pastedown.
