U.S. Army Colonel Dennis E. Keller retired after 30 years of service. He has experience working in the Latin American multinational environment since 1981. In 1985 and 1986 he was assigned to El Salvador as a Psychological Operations Advisor. From 1987 to 1989 Colonel Keller served as the senior Defense Intelligence analyst on the Sandinista armed forces and the Contra insurgency.
